Located just a few blocks from The College of Idaho campus, this thoughtfully designed duplex adds much-needed housing to the Caldwell community. Built on a site previously occupied by a fire-damaged home, this project revitalized a 1/3-acre lot with two spacious three-bedroom, two-bath units, each featuring 1,400 square feet of living space and a two-car garage. Both units were leased before construction was even completed, reflecting strong demand and community support for quality housing near campus.
